Please complete this form to indicate your student's lunch plans.
You may use the Absence Excuse Note when your child is returning to school from a recent absence.
Please complete this form if you are planning a trip or other pre-arranged absences. The Pre-Approved Absence form must be submitted a week in advance of your scheduled absences.
